These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hero Me mobile application (the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Inomo Studio.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Hero Me allows you to create a personal game character from a photo and use that character in games provided through the Service.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you have not reached the age of legal adulthood where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may submit only a photo of yourself or a person whose permission you have obtained. If the person shown is a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian or have permission from their parent or legal guardian.
You may not submit unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, or infringing material, use the Service to harm another person, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
The Service is intended for individual, non-commercial use and may not be redistributed or repurposed for commercial activities.
2. Photos, Generated Characters, and Intellectual Property
You retain any rights you have in a photo you submit. By submitting a photo, you give Inomo Studio limited permission to process it only to operate the character-generation feature.
Hero characters are created using automated generative AI. Results may vary, may not exactly match the submitted photo, may not be unique, and may occasionally be refused for safety reasons.
You may use your generated hero for personal, non-commercial use within the Service.
The Hero Me application, games, software, designs, artwork, audio, and other materials supplied by Inomo Studio or its licensors remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them except as permitted through normal use of the Service.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Hero Me is free to download. Certain features, including character generation and access to premium game content, may require an auto-renewing subscription or separately purchased generation credits.
The price, subscription period, included features, and number of credits will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, its terms will be displayed at the time of purchase. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends, the subscription will automatically renew and your Apple or Google account may be charged.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Generation credits are one-time consumable purchases and do not automatically renew. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their applicable policies.
4. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to online generation features if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created a risk to the Service or others.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Ending use of the Service does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Hero Me relies on automated systems and third-party services. We do not guarantee that character generation will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, accepted by the generation provider, or produce a particular result.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inomo Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable requirements. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or through another appropriate channel.
Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
